Core Meditation Classes
Some of the details on this page are not currently up-to-date. You should look at the Core Meditation programme page for the current programme.

The core meditation programme blends traditional mindfulness and transcendental meditation methods with contemporary developments in mindbody psychotherapy.
In general it's expected that you complete the earlier courses before enrolling in the later courses, but if you have some mindfulness/meditation experience, it may be equivalent to skip some of the earlier courses. The image to the right gives an overall picture of what we recommend. Click on it to view.
